  • For the self-pour tableside tap dispensing systems, Carbone fabricated mirror finish drip trays.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

Pinch, named after the cooking vernacular, is located on the mezzanine level of Empire City Casino. Inspired by 1950s classic vintage diners, the 245-seat restaurant offers American and international classics with 100 New York beers on tap. The space features a floating, glass-enclosed keg room that is suspended over the open kitchen, the raw bar and pastry counter, and a fifteen-foot red tap wall with 100 beer faucets. Other unique beer offerings include “pour your own” beer taps and a “growler shop” which allows guests to take home a daily selection of eight featured beers on tap.
