  • Carbone engineered and fabricated a custom beer keg room, with ceiling and wall steel panels that are painted in a Ferrari red epoxy.
  • The feature wall behind the main bar area was also fabricated by Carbone and painted in a matching Ferrari red epoxy with mirror finish stainless-steel highlights.
  • Fabricated a curved raw bar counter with an elevated seafood display and curved sneeze guard.
  • For the self-pour tableside tap dispensing systems, Carbone fabricated mirror finish drip trays.

Pinch, named after the cooking vernacular, is located on the mezzanine level of Empire City Casino. Inspired by 1950s classic vintage diners, the 245-seat restaurant offers American and international classics with 100 New York beers on tap. The space features a floating, glass-enclosed keg room that is suspended over the open kitchen, the raw bar and pastry counter, and a fifteen-foot red tap wall with 100 beer faucets. Other unique beer offerings include “pour your own” beer taps and a “growler shop” which allows guests to take home a daily selection of eight featured beers on tap.
