ABOUT THE PROJECT:

Initially established in 1978 on Nantucket Island, 167 Raw became a beloved seafood eatery in Charleston. Its success prompted a move to a larger location, from 289 East Bay Street to 193 King Street, and the new spot is spacious with indoor and outdoor tables and multiple bars. Surrounded by high-end boutiques, swanky inns, antique stores, and art galleries, 167 Raw occupies a long, narrow, and charming 19th century building featuring original brick walls, a new walnut bar, an impressive raw bar, and an exhibition kitchen.
