PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Carbone fabricated the curved raw bar with ice display, including all the equipment and refrigeration.
  • The project was highly custom, with the challenge of fitting Carbone’s equipment to an existing millwork die wall and bar top.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

For four decades, chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten has cultivated a loyal following of diners around the world. The chef now helms 36 (and counting) restaurants, with The Fulton as his first seafood establishment. Located at Pier 17 in New York’s Seaport District, the menu focuses on the best ingredients and the bounty of the ocean. With its waterfront setting, the restaurant offers a singular New York dining experience, with patio seating and some of the best unobstructed views of the Brooklyn Bridge.
