PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Carbone fabricated chef’s counters with custom stainless-steel, as well as cooking stations built to support refrigeration, heated cabinets, cooktops, ovens, and sinks.
  • This project included a back-of-house made to meet the highest fabrication standards and, moreover, perform long-term in a gourmet cooking environment.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

Audrey is the first flagship restaurant created by the world-renowned chef, Sean Brock. Inspired by his Appalachian roots and traditions of the rural South, Audrey is his most personal project to date. Chef Brock’s vision for Audrey was to create an artful space dedicated to not only cooking, but also the health and happiness of his team. Through his sizable art collection and unique flavors, he brings a sense of discovery to the dining experience.
