ABOUT THE PROJECT

Located on a bluff overlooking the Wrentham State Forest, Alexan Wrentham is a multifamily community offering 240 units across a series of three mid-rise buildings. A wide array of indoor and outdoor amenities, including an on-site fitness and yoga center, a gaming area, work and conference space, pool, dog run, and an outdoor grilling station, allow residents to take full advantage of the serene setting. The community is an anchor project of a larger 50+ acre mixed-use development with walkable restaurants, a hotel, and access to highways and public transit.
