Peter J. Carbone is the President and CEO of Carbone Metal Fabricator, Inc. He is the 3rd generation of Carbones to proudly head the business.

Peter began working at Carbone Metal Fabricator during high school summer vacations. His father was the owner then, and mentored Peter by having him work in each department. After attending Northeastern University, Peter joined the company full time in the sales department. He also gained experience as a foreman on the shop floor.

After the premature death of his father in 1993, Peter assumed the role of President. He quickly made his mark on the business by investing in new infrastructure, machinery, technology and improved quality controls and procedures, including ISO 9000 Certification. In addition, he was able to purchase 100% ownership in the business from his family. As a result, Carbone Metal Fabricator is stronger today than at any time in its history.

In addition to his business responsibilites, Peter is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chelsea Boys and Girls Club and he is a member of the Dana Farber .406 Club and the North American Hunting Club.

When Peter isn't attending the business or his civic duties, he greatly enjoys spending time with his wife Kerri and their five children.
